Leviticus 25:24-26

²⁴ For all the land you have, you must be willing to let it go. ²⁵ When your brother becomes poor and sells some of his land, then one in his family who is near to him is to come and buy what his brother has sold. ²⁶ But a man may have no one to buy his land, and he himself may become able to buy it again.
